Are there any file size caps or per-gigabyte fees?

No. Team has unlimited transfers with no file size limits or per-gigabyte charges.

What is the difference between Free and Team?

Free users can receive files, join Quick Transfers, and send to Team members. A free account also lets you join Hubs you are invited to. Team adds unlimited sending, Hub hosting, workspace management, branding, audit logs, and webhooks.

Can clients receive deliverables without paying or creating an account?

Yes. Clients can join a Quick Transfer using an invite link or connection code without an account or subscription. Joining a Hub requires a free account and an invitation.

Can external collaborators upload media to my Team account for free?

Yes. Free users and guests can send to Team members in Quick Transfers. Invited Hub members can upload where the Hub permissions allow it. Hub members need a free account.

What happens after my free trial ends?

Add a payment method through your dashboard to continue with Team. Free receiving and participation features remain available if your paid access ends.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout and invoicing are handled through Stripe. The available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Is there a long-term contract?

Choose monthly billing or a discounted annual subscription. You can cancel through your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

What if I need more than 10 Team seats?

Team includes 10 seats. Additional seats cost €10 per month each, or €100 per year each with annual billing. Manage your seat count through the billing portal in your dashboard.

Do clients count towards my paid seats?

No. Paid seats are for your Team members. External clients and collaborators can receive, send to Team members, and join invited Hubs using the Free tier.

When should I ask for a custom offer?

Contact us if your studio needs a larger rollout, tailored onboarding, or has procurement requirements to discuss.

Can I run my own automation on transfers?

Yes. Team workspaces can configure a webhook endpoint in Workspace Settings. The app sends metadata before an incoming transfer so your code can approve or reject it, and after completion to trigger QC, transcoding, notifications, or asset registration. Rejection messages appear in the sender’s app. File contents stay in the encrypted transfer channel.
